Chocolate Biscuit
Ingredients
1. One whole Marie Biscuit Packet
2. Castor sugar
3. Coffee Powder
4. Cocoa Powder
5. Maida
Preparation Method
Step 1 : Mix coffee powder, castor sugar, maida in
equal quantities ( 2tbsp each).
Step 2 : Pour little water and make a paste with medium
consistency.
Step 3 : Each marie biscuit by dipping into the
paste.
Step 4 : Mix cocoa powder, castor sugar each 1
cup.
Step 5: pour little water to the mixture and make
a paste.
Step 6 : Apply the paste on to the pile biscuit
pillar on all sides until it is completely covered With the paste.
Step 7 : Cover the pillar with a silver foil or
plastic sheet & freeze for about ½ hr.
Step 8 : Cut the pillar in a diagonal way where
each spherical block has chocolate spirals seen or any other way also.
